NUS中国学生会与华新社团在NUS OSA的支持下，将于国大校园内举行默哀及募捐仪式。

时间：2008年5月20日，星期二，下午7:30
地点：PGPR Multi-purpose Hall

活动流程：

1. 学生代表讲话：Chen Xi, 国大博士生, 留学生总会主席
2. 教授代表讲话：Prof. Chen An, Department of Political Science, NUS
3. 四川地震救灾工作的回顾
4. 默哀
5. 捐款活动

关于现金捐款的方式：我们会为大家准备捐款信封，请大家写上自己的姓名，联系方式(或手机后四位数字)，捐赠数额等，方便日后统计及公布。捐款最后将会由活动组织者代表以及校方代表共同开启。
另外，由于消防安全的考虑，我们将不会举行烛光默哀。


希望大家能够多提些意见，提高现场的效率及捐款透明度！

For the people in Sichuan Earthquake - NUS on campus Condolence and Fund raising on 20 May
With the support of NUS OSA, the Chinese student committee (CSC) under NUSSU, together with Huasing Association will hold a condolence and fund raising event for the earthquake-threatened people in Sichuan, China.

Time: 7:30pm, Tuesday, 20 May 2008
Venue: PGPR Multi-purpose Hall

Program:

1. A short talk given by the Chinese student representative Chen Xi, president of Chinese Scholars and Students Association in Singapore, PhD candidate, NUS
2. A short talk given by the Chinese staff representative Prof. Chen An, Department of Political Science, NUS 3. Slide show of the earthquake and earthquake rescue works
4. Condolence
5. Donation

Process of cash donation: we will prepare envelopes for donators. Please do leave your name, contact (or the last four digits of your handphone number) and the amount donated on the envelop, in order for acknowledgment. The donation will be overseen by the events organizers and OSA staff.
For safety reason, there will not be a candle-lit condolence. We thank you for your cooperation.
Please take note that this is an on-campus event for NUS students and staff.
