First Aid Begins At Home


Many people put off learning first aid and CPR skills until a convenient time. However, accidents happen when you least expect it. Be prepared for emergencies. Learn First Aid today!


To celebrate World First Aid Day, Singapore Red Cross is holding the following events to raise awareness on the importance of first aid.


1) First Aid Across Singapore 2007 - A Public Education Initiative
To meet the national vision of having one first aider in every household by the year 2020, over 1,000 First Aid Ambassadors comprising Red Cross youths and volunteers will reach out to households across the island by going door-to-door to share first aid related information. They will also be promoting first aid at strategic locations in the outreach areas.

South - Bishan Bus Interchange
East - Marine Parade Promenade

2) First Aid & Home Safety Seminar


Date: 9 Sept 2007 (Sunday)
Time:
11 am ~ 12.30 pm (1st session) & 3 pm ~ 4.30 pm (2nd session)
10 am ~ 5 pm (Exhibition & hands-on demonstration)
